CUPS Model
This is an applied coaching approach towards identifying how the team and the individuals within the team think, communicate and perceive the environments that they are transitioning through. The strategies trained will encourage clients to identify their skills and talents; to utilize these when faced with challenges or discomforts and how to stay focused on their target/s.
